Meetings

We meet at 8:00 am on Mondays twice a month. Make sure to stay updated on our socials for when we post about upcoming meetings.

Each meeting includes:

• Welcome
  Announcements and a short message from scripture to start the meeting

• Service Stations
  Members choose what they want to work on:

  • Care packages

  • Writing notes and letters

  • Creative projects (posters, etc.)

  • Planning future events

• Wrap-Up
  Quick sharing, reminders, and a closing message

Each month follows a simple 4-week cycle.

Week 1 – Planning Meeting

• Introduce the focus location (ex: nursing home)

• Work on care packages

• Write letters/cards

• Assign roles

• Faith discussion

Week 2 – Service Trip #1

• Visit the location (if signed up)

• Talk, listen, and connect with people

• Deliver care packages

Week 3 – Work + Reflection

• Work on new care packages

• Write letters/cards

• Reflect as a group:

  • What did you notice?

  • What impacted you?

  • What should we change for next time?

Week 4 – Service Trip #2

• Return to the same location

• Build stronger connections

• Deliver the remaining items
